- You are welcome to share any posted images on my website with anyone you choose via the LINK buttons found at the bottom of each page.
- All images are subject to the copyright laws of Canada regardless of the images you have purchased in print. The purchase of prints does not entitle you to copying them in any form, paper or electronic.
- Duplication in part or whole in any form without the written consent of Natanis Davidsen Photographic Artist is strictly forbidden.
- If you would like a copy of your images for online purposes such as Facebook, My Space etc., please contact me personally to make arrangements. Watermarked images are available FREE OF CHARGE with your order (only the images you purchased will be provided free of charge), with the agreement that you will not alter the images or remove the watermarked logo.
- Clients who download/copy images from www.natanisdavidsen.com or copy prints that have been purchased from Natanis Davidsen will be billed a file transfer fee of $500 PER IMAGE, regardless of the number of images found downloaded, or where they are found downloaded to. Refusal to pay the personal copyright fee will result in legal action.
- All images on my website in the form of slideshows, sample galleries, blog entries and information pages are also protected by Canadian copyright law and may not be duplicated in part or whole in any form.
- Screen Capture IS a violation of Canadian Copyright laws, just as much as copy and paste or scanning.
- If you are a professional photographer or business person of any kind, please do not copy my text or images for your own use. Please respect the hard work and dedication I have put into building my business model.
