Creative Fees

I am an independent visual artist. When you schedule a session with me, you have in actuality commissioned me to create visual artwork for you. Creative fees are for the my time and talent only for the capture and editing of your images. When you commission me to photograph your children, family, self or whatever subject you wish to immortalize in artwork, you are not just paying me to snap a couple of images, it goes much deeper than this.

Commissioning an artist means you reap the benefit of experience, natural talent, creative vision, the many many hours I have invested into learning and growing not just in photography, but in visual art, graphic design, business and editing. The benefits don’t end here! I use professional grade equipment which is a huge investment for me, but delivers crisp, clear, beautiful images for YOU time and again.

A benefit  in hiring a professional photographer is that we don’t skimp on our continued education or my high end equipment because we want to provide our clients with the best there is to offer. When you commission me, you can be assured, that with every press of the shutter my mind is reeling with new possibilities for what beauty we can create together. I am also taking note of details that my eye and my mind has been trained to search out. This is what sets a portrait apart from a snapshot, creating images that will bring you back in time again and again. As you can see an investment in custom portraiture is a wise one, because you are investing into artwork that has been skillfully and purposefully created just for you. No cookie cutter snapshots and no department store poses, just portraits that are as unique and beautiful as you and your loved ones.

Your session

The creative time spent capturing your images is the most important part of the entire process on the journey to beautiful personal artwork. In order to maximize the quality of your images, I like to take my time during each session, discovering the personality and beauty of each subject, and ensuring that the lighting, exposure and composition is at it’s optimum level.

  • With children it is a time to connect and explore
  • With tweens and teens it is a time to discover the individual they are becoming
  • And with adults it is a time to reveal the person they have become.

People are complex, and because of this, I like to allow for time to laugh, relax and get to know each other. It is only when you are relaxed and able to be yourself that I can capture the beauty of your unique personality shining through.

With every  photo session you will receive up to 2 hours of image creation in session with Natanis. That session will result in 24 images which will be prepared for you to view in person at your proofing consultation.

Every image is professionally and skillfully retouched as necessary to enhanced the beauty that is naturally yours. Images are available in color, Black & White or Chocolate, which you will specify at your session.

****Session fees must be paid in full at the time of the session. Your session will not be edited or posted to a gallery without payment in full of all fees due.

The Itty Bitty Session – Investment $100

Sometimes you want a little, but not a lot! The Itty Bitty Session is  our entry level session plan, and it is designed to result in  24 images for your gallery. The length of the session can vary from half an hour to two hours, so it is our policy to book  2 full hours of  time with you to ensure that there will be enough time to accomplish all of your goals for your custom portrait session. The Itty Bitty Session is perfect for individual portraits, Baby sessions Couples and Pets!

The StoryBook Session – Investment $199

Precious little things change with time. The StoryBook session is our Gold upgrade session and it is custom designed to produce 48 beautiful images that are sure to suit your needs whatever they are!  The StoryBook session is designed to capture the story of your life right here, right now, and it is perfect for Engagement Sessions, Newborns, Families and small groups. If you plan to purchase an album the story book session is the perfect session to allow us time to weave a rich tapestry of images into your own personal storybook.

The Time Capsule Session – Investment $299

There are some moments in your life that you want to capture and hold onto forever. The Time Capsule Session is our Platinum upgrade  session and it is designed to produce 75 or more beautiful images for you to treasure for many years to come. The Time Capsule Session is based on up to 6 people. Additional people are $15 each. Pets are welcome to join in at no additional charge.

***PLEASE NOTE: SESSION FEES ARE BASED ON IMMEDIATE FAMILY (PARENTS WITH CHILDREN) OR UP TO 4 PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN THE SESSION. ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ARE $25 EACH. PETS ARE WELCOME WITH ANY SESSION AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. CLIENTS WITH MORE THAN 3 PETS ADDED TO THEIR SESSION MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
